LITTLE THINGS
Sunday, 23 June 2013
1. Little pancakes for little hands.
2. Collectings found at our little stoney beach.
3. Doodling in a Mama made colouring book.
4. She set to with scissors, sparkly gold paper and glittery paint as she declared, "I am making a very golden picture for you, Mummy." Magnificent, isn't it!?
5. Big foot, wee foot.
6. After breakfast sticker session produced this caterpillary piece. "Please can we go and stick it in my room so I can admire it when I'm asleep and dreaming?" Of course, cherub.
Joining in with lovely Emily and her Weekly Stills collection.

Hello, Prue! The pancakes are a hit here. Thanks for saying hello here xx
DeleteOh the gold artwork is amazing! How old is Matilda? I'd like to start doing crafty things with Everly but not sure if she'd comprehend it yet.
ReplyDeleteMatilda is 3 but I've tried to do make creativity a part of her daily play with her since she was quite small really. One thing I think is really great is clay play. A lump of clay to feel and squidge and you could give her some bits to press into the clay, such as stones, shells, sticks, gems, sequins etc. There's always finger paint and playdoh. Really great as sensory play, too.
